Britain's Got Talent

Britain's Got Talent is a talent contest that can be entered by anyone who believes they have talent. The judges in the show are Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden.

Initially acts must impress the judges and make sure they don't get buzzed by all 3 judges. If they don't get buzzed then the judges will deliver their verdict and then decide who goes through to the next round. Winners of later rounds are then decided by public vote.

The winner of the first series was operatic singer Paul Potts whilst the second series was won by street dancer Geroge Sampson. Dance duo Signature (consisting of Suleman Mirza and Madhu Singh) who combine Michael Jackson moves with bhangra dancing came second making it a good show for dancing!

The show is the UK version of America's Got Talent which was the first version to be screened. The idea of the show came from Simon Cowell of Pop Idol and American Idol fame.
